Amy brings 22+ years of diversified marketing, sales and operational expertise to her role as an M&A Advisor and Business Broker. A progressive background includes Vice President roles with venture backed start-ups, mid-market firms and public companies as well as the ownership of her own consulting practice. With diverse industry experience including high tech, manufacturing, distribution, business services, retail and advertising, Ms. Cole has led teams through multiple acquisitions, recapitalizations and IPOs.

Prior to joining ABI, Amy spent several years with Sunbelt Business Brokers, one of the largest networks of highly trained franchise brokers in the US. In addition, she worked with a boutique M&A firm. Ms. Cole's demonstrated success is shown by bringing hundreds of products to market, strategically positioning companies for growth, closing high volume sales deals and negotiating successful transactions for Buyers and Sellers.
